Embellishments currently accepts American Express, Master Card and Visa. Promotional codes may be used to receive discounts. All payment choices are made during the checkout process.

Shipping information
All items ship directly from our warehouse in Steamboat Springs, Colorado. Embellishments uses Federal Express and the United States Postal Service as our main shipping providers. The default method of shipping is ground and usually takes between 7-10 business days.
Express shipping
If you would like your package to arrive sooner choose express shipping during the checkout process. This service usually takes under 5 days and carries an additional charge of $15.
Your shipping costs are based on the subtotal of the products which you order, unless you are ordering jewelry only. A jewelry only order costs $6.00 for ground shipping, or you may have it express shipped for an additional $15.00.
Certain oversized or awkward items may have additional shipping charges. These costs are noted on the product display pages and apply in addition to regular and express shipping fees.

Gift cards
While Embellishments does not provide gift wrapping at this time, we would be happy to send along a Gift Card with a personalized message. Be sure to check the box marked “Do not include a billing statement” and type your personalized message in the space provided on the “Shipping address” page of the checkout process.

Returning an item
Imperfections
Due to the individual, handmade nature of Embellishments’ items, there may be variations in color and shape and minor imperfections may exist. We will do our best to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase.
Damaged merchandise
If your item has been damaged during shipping, we will make every effort to replace your item. Once again, due to the individual, handmade nature or our items, an identical item to the one you purchased may not be available upon a return. If the same item is no longer available we will advise you about other items you may be interested in based on your previous selection, or we will refund the full amount paid for the item.
All return items must be accompanied by a Return ID Code. Please call our store at (970) 870-8808 to discuss your return and receive a Return ID Code.
Please use all original packaging when returning an item and be sure to include your original packing slip.
All refunds will be applied to the credit card used to make the original purchase. Please allow one to two billing cycles for your refund to appear on your statement.
